Our estate sale planning consists of one or combination of the following:
Professionally organized and managed on site estate sale
Consignment of a specialized personal collection
Coordination with auction house partners for sale of selected pieces
How It Works:
A scheduled walk through of sale on site with Stumptown Estate Sales and prospective client to determine size, scope and details of the proposed sale.
Stumptown Estate Sales within 2-3 days will offer a proposed plan specifically designed for your sale. This may include on site sale, consignment, and/or auction.
For On-Site Estate Sales:
Stumptown Estate Sales takes on the responsibility of sale set up, advertising and signage, management of estate sale and if client chooses coordination of sale breakdown and clean out.
At conclusion of sale, breakdown and clean out the client will receive a final accounting including all charitable and expense receipts within 14 days.
Consignment:
You may not be ready to divest of your entire estate but have spent time collecting and are ready to see your specialized collection find a new home. Stumptown Estate Sales offers an opportunity to do that through consignment.
Auction Sales:
Sometimes there are unique pieces or collections in an estate that deserve a greater audience than which an aution house can provide. Stumptown Estate Sales will coordinate and manage the transfer and sale of selected items with auction house partners.
